The Home Cleaning Company Services & Prices
Domestic Cleaning
The Home Cleaning Company can provide you with a
choice of services to suit your requirements for as little as £ 25 per week or
fortnight. All services are based on minimum of two hours but can be adapted to
your needs.
We charge a £25 administration fee
Service 1 - Cleaning (2 Hours @ £25)
Our 2 hour cleaning service on a weekly or
fortnightly basis will cover the following:
Change bedding
Clean Kitchen (worktops, units, sink, cooker top, floor)
Clean Bathrooms (sink, bath, toilet, mirrors, floor)
Dusting (sitting room, bedrooms and hall)
Vacuuming (sitting room, kitchen, bedrooms and hall)
Service 2 - Cleaning (3 Hours @ £35)
Our 3 hour cleaning service on a weekly or
fortnightly basis will cover the following but can accommodate a larger
property:
Change bedding
Clean Kitchen (worktops, units, sink, cooker top, floor)
Clean Bathrooms (sink, bath, toilet, mirrors, floor)
Dusting (sitting room, bedrooms and hall)
Vacuuming (sitting room, kitchen, bedrooms and hall)
Service 3 - Cleaning & Ironing (2
hours @ £25)
Our cleaning and ironing service on a weekly or
fortnightly basis will cover the following:
Clean Kitchen (worktops, units, sink, cooker
top, floor)
Clean Bathrooms (sink, bath, toilet, mirrors, floor)
and additional tasks as agreed
1 hour Ironing
Service 4 - Cleaning & Ironing (3
hours @ £35)
Our 3 hour cleaning and ironing service on a weekly
or fortnightly basis will cover the following:
Change bedding
Clean Kitchen (worktops, units, sink, cooker top, floor)
Clean Bathrooms (sink, bath, toilet, mirrors, floor)
Dusting (sitting room, bedrooms and hall)
Vacuuming (sitting room, kitchen, bedrooms and hall)
1 hour ironing
Service 5 - Cleaning, Ironing and Small Errands (£45)
Our cleaning, ironing and shopping service includes
a 2 hours clean, 1 hour ironing and running regular errands such as picking up
and dropping off dry cleaning or laundry.
Specialised Cleaning
We can provide professional cleaners for £17 per
hour, per cleaner for the following services.
- One off Cleans
- End of Tenancy Cleaning
- Builder Cleans
- Stair Cleaning
- Business Lets
- Holiday Lets
We would always visit the premises or home to
assess and price each job individually.
Office & Retail Cleaning
We can provide
experienced cleaners for office and shop cleaning. We would visit each
premises and do a thorough consultation with the client to assess their
requirements.
Carpet Cleaning
We do offer a carpet
cleaning service for the domestic market. The cost of this would be assessed
on an individual basis before a price could be given.

General Repairs
As you know it can be very difficult to find
reliable tradesmen who will do a good job at a fair price. It can be very time
consuming and you never know what the end result will be. We have teamed up
with a building company who are willing to do both small and large repair or
refurbishment jobs in the home.
The company and tradesmen we work with have all
the necessary certification for working in their field. For any contracts
undertaken all certification will be produced before proceeding with any work.

Window Cleaning
We work with a very reliable window cleaner and
we can give you a quote for cleaning both inside and out on a regular or adhoc
basis. Many of our long term clients use this service as it is easy for us to
arrange for the window cleaning to take place the day of their cleaning. This
is a very convenient service.
Other Services
We are happy to arrange for other general
services to take place at our client's homes. Where possible we will always
use a company we have worked with before so we can recommend their work.
Some of the jobs we have organised previously:
Carpet Fitting (we work with a reliable carpet tradesman who is able to
supply and fit most carpets and linoleum/Marmoleum)
Floor Sanding (after working with a floor sander for a number of
clients we can highly recommend a company)
Parcel Delivery (we have had parcels delivered to our office address and
organised for a member of staff to wait for parcel deliveries at the client's
home)
Key Holders (as key holder for 95% of our clients, we can arrange be contacted 24
hours a day in case a client requires entry to their home. We can also organise
for any tradesperson to be let in or out of the home)
